Paige Drake

Paige is the founder of Pridmore Floral Design and truly loves getting to create beautiful weddings for each couple. Her love of people, beauty and celebration inspires our designs and fuels our servant-minded focus. Her energy and determination equip the team to continually grow and improve for our clients and vendor friends. From the first meeting to the last moments of your event, Paige will make the floral design process enjoyable and stress-free, so you can be fully present in the season of life leading up to your wedding day.

Lead Designer

Katie O’Neill

Katie has a background in fashion and jewelry design, building a brand in the retail world and online. This experience, combined with her love of nature and people, is a huge asset to our team. She is able to create stunning floral designs in a variety of styles, ranging from different color palettes, seasons and overall aesthetics. Katie has the hustle and endurance needed to create large scale designs and installations under tight wedding day timelines. All of our couples have loved getting to work with her and we would be lost without her!

Owner & Operations

Max Drake

We refer to wedding day as “game day” and Max makes it happen. While the ladies work hard to curate design plans and create beautiful florals, Max handles the back end operations of each wedding. He oversees installation logistics, inventory management and packs supplies. He is hard working, detail oriented and motivated to serve our clients and vendor teams well.
